We include under Employee Benefits all of the provisions that can be made within the context of a working relationship and that can be expressed in financial terms. Further to this, the goal that we set ourselves is to keep the complex cohesion between the Employee Benefits in an orderly arrangement and manageable. This involves, for example, pensions and employee savings, incapacity for work, absenteeism and health care (absenteeism management, Work and Income according to Capacity for Work Act (WIA) - Self-Insurance). But it also involves matters such as childcare and physiotherapy at work.
Our activities in the field of Employee Benefits can be categorised into three work areas: vision and policy, product-related interpretation and, no less important, the communication of everything to employees.
